About Us

Lewis and Evans, LLC, dba Reflections Health and Wellness, is a psychology practice serving the mental health needs of the adult and older adult populations. We are a group of Licensed Psychologists and Licensed Independent Social Workers who provide psychotherapy for individuals who have a variety of mental health disorders. For example, we treat people who are suffering from depression, general anxiety, panic attacks, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, and Adjustment Disorder. It can be stressful adjusting to significant pressures or losses in one’s life, leading to feelings of anxiousness, sadness, anger, frustration, or other strong emotions. A Reflections Health and Wellness clinician can help a person adjust to and deal with major life stressors. We can also help those suffering from physical pain by using psychotherapeutic techniques to help one better cope with his or her pain.

Often, people find it helpful to talk to a professional to help them change things that might be causing distress for them, interfering with their functioning, and/or stopping them from living the life that they want to live. To help achieve their goals, we provide individualized psychotherapy for clients based on their needs. Clients and their clinicians will work together to formulate a treatment plan and goals focused on what the client wishes to accomplish in psychotherapy. Clinicians will use techniques supported by scientific evidence to help alleviate the distress felt by clients. The length of treatment varies based on the client and his or her needs, and this can be discussed with the clinician. Treatment is always tailored to the needs of the client and always done only with the consent of the client.

The clinicians at Reflections Health and Wellness are all licensed to provide psychotherapy in Ohio. Each clinician participates in continuing education. This allows the clinicians to stay current on mental health topics and treatment by adding to their existing knowledge base. Clinicians are members of organizations such as The American Psychological Association, The Ohio Psychological Association, and Psychologists in Long-Term Care.
